It turned out very good and my 3 year old ate every inch of it. It took some time in getting everything prepped (quinoa ad the sweet potato). I blended regular gluten free rolled oats and avoided spending extra money on oat flour.

Delicious and healthy! Somewhat bland, but I don’t like spicy so still figuring out the flavoring to substitute. Would definitely make these again!
