I altered the receipe a little - I love Cardamom but left it out. instead of Honey I used 2/3 Coconut Syrup & 1/3 Lemon Juice with 1/2 tsp of rind. added 1/4 cup of Coconut and made them in muffin papers. They were really good but i think a could have added more Lemon Juice to make them a little more Tangy.
