Not bad at all. Was a little too acidic for me when fresh, but as leftovers tastes perfect. Serving sizes are BIG. Don't skip the pine nuts or pesto.

Perfectly . Everyone loves it. I always make at least a double batch and put it in the freezer in case of sickness or don’t feel like cooking times. Freezes perfectly.

It turned out really well! I doubled the recipe to feed my hungry family, but I didn't have enough parsley to double the pesto. It still worked very well my kids enjoyed it
