    I've never written a review on Yummly, but now I have to... because this is SO DELICIOUS. We make it with kale and red potatoes (with some skins still on, just for fun/texture). We've made it for friends, and they loved it too. It's incredibly easy, but very yummy and so filling! I know we'll be making it again.
