Amazing I love tabbouleh and quinoa- so putting them together makes better! Such a healthy option!

Great as a side to a regular salad. I added garlic to give it an extra zing! Family loves it!

Used Canadian Quinoa and the salad came out a bit like cement. Good flavors, but very sticky.

We enjoyed this recipe. Toasting the quinoa adds some depth to the flavor and is definitely a worthwhile step.

This was a very tasty dish. I added additional lemon and lime to taste. Use more quinoa if you want it to be more filling. Cucumbers would be a great addition. I will definitely be making this again.

This was FANTASTIC!!I loved the quinoas toasted flavor in it!!! i am a huge tabbouleh fan and this was phenomanal! I added a large clove of minced garlic to mine because I enjoy it garlicy. i also added about a TBS more lemon juice, a dash of salt and just a wee bit lemon zest! Definitely my new go to!!!!

Giving five stars, but I went off the path. I put onions and garlic in while the quinoa was toasting, I put kale in right after it simmered for maybe 7 minutes and still had a little water, replaced the lid, turned off the heat and left it on the warm burner. Added kosher salt (plenty), added mint and parsley, stirred, and replaced the lid, chopped one big heirloom tomato (kept seeds), put those in on top, also squeezed the juice in from the ugly bits before tossing them, beat the lemon and oil, poured it over the top and left it all uncovered in the saucepan, sitting on the warm stove while I finished dinner, so it was a little warm and super flavorful. Would never suspect how much healthy stuff was in it. Definitely serve it with something that can soak up the yummy juices, tonight was a grilled sandwich.

so good! you could definitely go further and add some Mediterranean flare to it also! We had it as a main dish for dinner, very simple yet deliciousness was definitely happening! our 4&7 yo even loved it! Adjust the lemon to fit your taste buds, we used a little less for the kids preference and that was great too!

Delicious! I tossed in some chopped white onion and chili peppers for a kick and it finished nicely. Will definitely make again.

I made this as a side dish with some grilled fish. It was delicious and got gobbled up by the whole family. I added some garlic, salt and black pepper for extra favour.
Next time I'll make enough to pack for lunch the following day.
