Love this recipe. We make it all the time. We add a little sriracha to the sour cream, sliced fresh avocado as a topping, and typically use feta as a replacement.

This was to die for. I added a bit of enchilada sauce in dish before peppers then after stuffed more enchilada sauce. I did not add can of chopped chili’s. Super delish!
