Amazing salad, incredibly tasty - drizzle the dressing to taste, as I found adding all of it was overpowering.

This is delicious. I will make this every week. As a vegetarian, I eat a lot of quinoa, as it is a complete protein. My husband, the big "meat and potato" guy, he really enjoyed it as well.

This salad is SO yummy and refreshing! I will be using this recipe a lot this summer. There is just the right amount of dressing. I added a blackened salmon filet for some protein. that meal was a 10/10!

I won't know until I try it, which I can't do until I read this recipe. I can't see the recipe until I read it. Constantly a problem on Yummly.com
