Takes a long time to make, but there are a lot of meatballs. I freeze them for quick meals. I also added some puréed spinach, tomato paste and flax meal. I cut the chili powder in half since we are spice wimps and added extra herbs. Practically a complete meal with protein, carbs and veggies!
