This recipe is great! I was looking for a quick and easy recipe for kids. You only use one pan. Plus kids loved it!

Great flavor. I used canned jalapeños since it was all i had on hand. Also added about another 1/4 cup water and quinoa turned out excellent.

It was really good. I used half ground beef and half ground turkey, because my husband doesn’t like ground turkey. Mission accomplished, he ate it and liked it. Great one pan meal!

Turned out great but next time I’ll cook the quinoa separately and add it in for the last 20 min to absorb the flavors. I cook my quinoa in my rice cooker like white rice so it’s not difficult to do

Freaking delicious. We loved this recipe. I added cayenne pepper but otherwise followed the recipe. It’s great, highly recommend.

Super easy to make and very filling. I personally needed a tad bit more salt, but overall, delicious. Get ready for plenty of leftovers too!

Great healthy meal! I make it all the time now. I leave off the sour cream to keep calories down.

Delicious. There is some heat with the jalapeños. Toddler wouldn’t eat it due to spicy flavor.Next time will skip the jalapeños.

This recipe was easy and delicious! I put this on top of quinoa with cheddar cheese, sour cream and avocado. It lasted a week with the proportion we made. Healthy and quick!

Excellent recipe, I’d recommend it. Simple and common sense but blends nicely for a healthy filling meal

The recipe was simple and the meal turned out great. I’d recommend increasing your quinoa amount so the turkey isn’t overwhelming.

Super easy, great for lunches and fresh tasting. Whole family really enjoyed this dish especially next day, when all they had to do was cut up half an avocado. Doesn’t need the dairy at all. (not everyone in our home eats dairy)

It turned out good. Would make a nice taco meat as well. I tweaked it with what I had on hand a bit (didn’t have canned black beans so used Progresso black bean soup drained haha). We liked it and would make again.

I love this recipe! I have made it several times and a few different ways depending on what veggies we have, but it is a great hit with everyone in the family! From the toddler to my husband!

My kids went for 2nds, so I’d say it’s a keeper. I omitted the pickled jalapeños.

Delicious and very easy to make! I just added a teaspoon of hot pimento paste for a little more flavour and it turned out perfect my picky 9 and 5 year old girls devoured it my husband wants me to make this every week. Thanks for sharing!
