Okay but kids added cheese to make it more appealing I think the leftovers could be used to make a casserole

Easy & very tasty! I added some rice wine vinegar per another reviewer. I also added extra garlic, veggies, eggs & soy sauce. So yummy! I will definitely be making this again.

The aroma was tastefully fragrant. It was hard not to eat it it before completing the dish. It was very tasteful and filling. I will make it again real soon!

Great! Tweaked it a bit. Served with sweet and sour chicken wings! Family lived it!

It was really good but is missing something I don't think I had enough ginger so definitely need fresh ginger I will definitely make this again!

I made this with an Asian blend of grains 'ten grain rice '...love love love... now trying to find out about this mix (I also bought a bag of six grain rice and even a toasted version )..
Now I get to experiment! Thinking of treating the mix by soaking for few hours and needs almost an hour to cook...
They are from Japan and also I can see it treated as a sweet and probably even for breakfast !

I had to make some modifications since I didn't have mushrooms or zucchini, but this tasted amazing! Added a smidge more soy sauce and a little rice vinegar as well.
