The quinoa just does not go!! Normally I feel like quinoa takes on the flavor of whatever you make with it, but that is not the case with this recipe. After the first bite, I discarded it. Disappointing :(

This was delicious! My family was a little apprehensive when they saw it, but everyone loved it!!
