It's really tasty.
As a note,
1. rinsing the quinoa really makes a difference in this recipe, it takes away that odd bitter taste from quinoa that somehow gets magnified when baking
2. I cook my quinoa in a rice cooker to save time and worry (of burning the bottom) and this recipe turns out great
