- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (or parsley)

Beautiful recipe! I was out of cranberries and had dried cherries on hand and it worked out beautifully!

It was the best quinoa salad I have ever tried! It has a lot of flavor, it turned out really good! I just could not find pomegranade but I Loved it!
