Excellent doubled the batch to have later in the week. Everyone enjoyed the healthy addition to the meal.

Turned out great. I add a little extra salt, and a little less parsley. Flipping can be tricky. Make sure to press down and give them a solid 5 minutes on each side. I make extra so I can snack on them during the week.

They were light and delicious. I added diced onions and used smoked Gouda with bacon instead of the cheese listed. Turned out amazing. I also cooked the quinoa with half water and half broth.

The quinoa cakes were good but once I turned them over they fell apart. I ended up just cooking it in skillet not in patty form. I would be interested to know how others managed to keep it in patty form.

These things are great! They are admittedly a little tricky to form/cook/flip but once you get the hange of it, the end result is very worth while

Couldn't get my cakes to stick together. Ended up cooking the mixture in butter on the skillet and adding it to a salad as a topping. Not so healthy at that point though and was a little disappointed.
