Turned out really yummy! Next time I would add more zucchini and grated carrots to balance out the quinoa! Also needs good amount of spice and salt/pepper so they don’t taste bland

I tried this to no avail while the taste is great I couldn't get it to stay together so I wound up eating it like a hashbrown for breakfast.
