Very simple and healthy! Enjoyed the extra bit of flavor from the lemon pepper. Totally would recommend!

This was delicious. I usually make my scramble with rice and beans but the quinoa was much lighter. Frontera salsa gave it even more flavor.

It was great. I added crumbled bacon and guacamole. Super easy, super tasty. Can be switched up with anything.
