- 250 grams bulgur wheat
- 160 mL boiling water

- 2 Tbsp. pomegranate molasses
- 5 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. sea salt (crushed)
- freshly ground black pepper
- 5 tomatoes (ripe, finely diced)
- 1 bunch spring onions (finely chopped)
- 20 grams mint (leaves picked and finely chopped)
- 20 grams parsley (flat-leafed, leaves picked and finely chopped)
