- 1 cup chicken stock

- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (defrosted)
- 5 cups roast turkey (or chicken, roughly chopped)
- 2 cups vegetables (any leftover roasted, brussels sprouts, potatoes, squash)
- 1/2 cup flaked almonds (toasted)
