- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce (I like Three Crabs Fish sauce by far the best)
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (depending on how much heat you want)
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 lime (large)
- 1 lime (large, about 1 1/2 T juice)
- 1/4 cup green onion (thinly sliced, or double that amount if you're not using the cilantro)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 heads iceberg lettuce

I didn't have fish sauce, remember to add you own salt/pepper. Turned out perfectly.

Giving this 4 stars because it was a bit bland without mustard on top of it. But the mustard transformed it into something delicious.

This is a great weeknight meal. It’s quick, easy, and delicious. I prefer using gochujang because in my opinion, it’s spicier than sriracha.

My husband and I love this recipe. However, we love spicy, so we put a lot more siracha and lime in. So fresh and yummy.

Pretty good 1 tbl fish sauce and 1 tbl sriracha seemed like a bit much. Will probably add soy sauce or tamari next time. I also added canned water chestnuts and bamboo to the beef for some added crunch.
