- 2 chorizo sausages (spicy, 50g - uncooked and diced)
- 1 red onion (diced)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (deseeded and diced)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (deseeded and diced)
- 1 clove garlic (peeled and finely chopped)
- 2 sun dried tomatoes (halves of, drained from oil and chopped)
- 1 tsp. pimentón (de la Vera - or you can use hot paprika)
- 300 grams beans (can of Mexican style, in water - drained)
- 6 plum tomatoes (baby, halved)
- tomato ketchup (a good squeeze of)
- sea salt (to taste)
