Directions
- In a small sauce pan over medium heat add oil. Add shallots and garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add milk and bring to a simmer.
- Add Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, chil powder, and cheese and stir vigorously until incorporated. Season with salt.
