- 1 clove garlic (grated or use 1/4 tsp paste)
- 1 boiled potato (Large, diced)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 jalapeno (thinly chopped)
- 1 stalk green onion (for decoration, optional)
- salt (as per taste)
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil (use any light oil)
