3 SERVINGS
- 2 chicken breasts (diced into bite sized cubes)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp. ginger (fresh grated, I freeze my ginger so it's easier to grate and keeps longer)

Flavor was good (I added a little over 1/3 cup of brown sugar). My sauce never really reduced/thickened. Would make again but try to figure out how to get sauce thicker.

I keep my ginger root in a jar covered with sherry last for years and also use the sherry in my recipes

I was skeptical with this recipe I didn’t believe something so simple could taste good but I was pleasantly surprised. Very flavorful and goes well over rice. There’s a nice amount of sauce so you can drizzle over the rice. I had 4 breasts so I simply doubled the recipe and it came out perfectly. Definitely will be making this again

Aside from some lack of cooking skill on my part, this recipe was quick and tasted great, will definitely recommend & cook again!

This was quick and scrumptious. i used leftover turkey and chicken. I put this over wild rice and topped with roasted sesame seeds and green onion.

Quick, tasty and fun to customize! I've served it with rice, with cous cous, added vegetables, substituted the ginger with chili flakes... always came out great!

The only ingredient I didn’t add was the sedans seeds. Other than that it came really good!!

Delicious! Next time going to add sesame seeds for texture or pineapple for sweetness. Great and simple base recipe for teriyaki chicken. Served it on rice.

Delicious! Very simple to make. Did not think it would come out with great flavor but I was very impress and so was my family.

I'm always looking for recipes that have the least amount of ingredients, low calorie and delicious. I added Broccoli and shredded carrots. And, I served it with jasmine rice.

Very good and very simple. My recommendation is to add a tablespoon of peanut butter at the end of cooking to give it an extra kick. I also added bok choy and mushroom, but that might make it more complicated. Simple recipe and delicious.
