Low carb by my brother. Add lukewarm egg over cooked noodles. The add 1-2 tsp if bacon grease, 1 tbsp of good olive oil to noodles. Stir to coat the noodles. Add fresh shredded Parmesan. I add tomato & small broccoli florets

This was AWESOME!!!! So easy to make and really comes together fast. It’s even better if you add a poached egg on top!

This turned out ok. We used bacon instead of pancetta and that was a fine substitute. The only thing I didn't like was how thick it ended up. Even adding more water it was really thick.

tried it with peperoni instead of bacon and it worked perfectly. next time going for the iriginal post

One of the quickest and easiest recipe for creamy pasta. Highly recommended! (I didn't have enough parmesan so I substituted part of it with shredded mild cheddar and it turns out good too ;))
