- 125 grams cayenne peppers
- 4 Thai chili (more if want it spicier)
- 5 shallots (peeled)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar (or more to taste, you can use brown sugar)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or more to taste)
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 kaffir lime leaves (tear edges to release flavor)
