Just made this tonight. Did it the stove top method that calls to cook the chicken in 3" of water but states nothing about draining any of the water but I did anyway. Then you add more liquid to the dish and then the veggies are added. In the end it didn't thicken any plus it was bland for my taste. I will try making this again but will maybe drain most of the chicken water or make it the crock pot method. I see the potential in this dish and not willing to give up on it just yet. The chicken came out perfect just tasteless!
