These were wonderful! They are so easy to make that there is no excuse not to. The texture was very breadlike and tasty. I served them warm with butter along side a keto tuna casserole and again as a substitute for scones served with clotted cream and homemade nsa jam. I'm sure I'll be making them again and again!

My dough was like pudding. They turned out well. My browned in oven. Were done in 16 min. Not much taste but we liked the texture. I made again added 2tbs melted butter made them better. These are like biscuits not rolls. I double and make 10 nice sized biscuits it did take 2 mins more to get them brown.
