Directions
- COAT a large heavy skillet generously with no-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat.
- ARRANGE potatoes in a single layer in pan. Spray generously with no-stick cooking spray. Stir and toss to combine. Spray again with no-stick cooking spray. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- COOK, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Serve.
