- 1/2 tsp. McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 slices bread

Directions
- Beat egg, vanilla and cinnamon in shallow dish. Stir in milk.
- Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
- Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.

It turned out great! Unfortunately I only had cheap cinnamon so it didn't disolve and clung mostly to the first piece! I'm betting that was why McCormick. My family really enjoyed it. Thanks!!!

Awesome. Made several times. Will make it again. One upside is this recipe doesn't require sugar.

This is nice, basic, no need for fancy ingredients. these are made with ingredients that usually everyone has at home, it's fast and filling. Overall just really great 👌🏽
If all recipes were like this I'd cook more often 😂

So good. My mothers and husband loved them. I used buttermilk bread from Costco and it was so good you only need one.
