    I didn't have chicken on hand so I substituted with pork chops. It was delicious and the whole family loved it; picky eaters included.

    Very good! Also made bbq chicken ones by shredding chicken and adding bbq sauce. We added some ricotta to a few as well, and garlic powder on the outside
