these muffins were very easy to do and came together really fast with minimal dishes (which is always a plus!). i added too much milk by mistake so they came out a bit gooey but the kids still enjoyed them.

They were great. I modified the recipe because i didn't have enough bananas so i added shredded zuchini and raisins.
