- 1 skirt steak (sliced thin *see note)

- 1 cup red bell peppers (Chopped)
- 2 baby bok choy (end removed and quartered lengthwise)
- 2 green onions (minced for garnish, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. ginger powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 dash red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch

Really good. I had to improvise with the ingredients I had on hand and the fact that we wanted to use an old Flav-R-PAC Chow Mein Stir Fry frozen food. We also did not have rice wine vinegar. So I used half rice vinegar and half red wine vinegar. The we had left over white rice from Sat. It was amazing. The sauce really made it. Thank you!
PS: best part, my husband went for seconds.
