  • 1 cup instant rice (uncooked)
  • 3/4 cup low fat caesar dressing
  • 8 flour tortillas (warmed)
  • 2 cups lettuce (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)

    Directions

    1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
    2. Prepare Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips according to package directions. Add chicken to cooked rice and mix with salad dressing.
    3. Fill each tortilla with warm chicken and rice mixture; top with lettuce, tomatoes and croutons. Fold up bottom of tortilla, then side in. Roll tightly to enclose filling.
