I used chicken sausage that had jalapeño and cheese in it which by the way is good. the recipe is really good, i don’t know how i thought it was going to turn out. when i make this again, i’ll leave my veggies to cook a little longer than five minutes because i like my veggies a little softer.

I loved this! I used andouille chicken sausage. Used purple onion instead of white and sauteed two jalopenos with it prior to adding anything else to the pan. it gave it an awesome flavor and spiciness. I stirred all of it and sprinkled with with some salt-adding cherry tomatoes at the very end and it was really flavorful and delicious for being so healthy!
