Delicious! Never thought a cake can taste so great without milk and eggs! Had to add a little more water, though :)

Made this one a second time to get it right. I had to cook at 200 Celsius for 30 mins, but came out very well. Excellent store cupboard cake.

Super quick and easy. Smells and tastes delicious. I didn’t have vinegar so I substituted fresh squeezed lemon. I topped w homemade vanilla icing. A big hit at my sister’s birthday party!
