Uhm… Hood River Strawberries + this recipe = my husband and I’d favorite preserve EVER!! We use it for charcuterie’s, bruschetta’s, breakfasts, crepes, EVERYTHING!! We are definitely adding some red chili flakes to spice it up next time for some added heat!

Turned out great I used half sugar and half truvia requires the full 25 minutes simmer for the thickness

it was just perfect . my boys enjoyed it a lot. it was a new experience for them. ho.e made jam. this will for sure be a regular recipe at home . thanks for sharing .
