Good! I added panko crumbs to make crispy outer crust and fried in butter. Easy, fast and tasty!

It was exactly as promised- quick and easy. I did use one whole egg instead off egg white and I added a bit of almond flower and Parmesan to some extra flax and made a crust for the outside. It crisped up really nicely.
