- 2 cups broccoli (chopped, fresh or frozen)
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 fresh grated ginger (thumb, can sub for 1 tsp dried)
- 2 green onions (/scallions, chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. oil (I used olive)
- 4 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce (/tamari)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (more or less depending on spice preference)
- 2 tsp. honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 block extra firm tofu
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (/tamari)
- 1 Tbsp. oil (I used olive)
