- 1 cup red wine (any dry red wine you enjoy drinking.)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 vidalia (large onions, or sweet)
- 1 bulb garlic
- 2 sprigs rosemary (fresh)
- 4 sprigs thyme (fresh)
- 8 oz. mushrooms (whole baby portobella)
- 2 lb. carrots
- 2 lb. potatoes
