I’ve really like this Roti. I normally make it just before we are ready to eat. Today I’ve made it a few hours ahead, hopefully it will reheat without a problem.

Dough super simple quantities worked well, I flavoured mine with garlic and rolled out very thin, delightful! Will make again

Turned out great, used whole meal flour instead and olive oil. Tasted great and was super easy to cook and prepare

Yep, definitely quick and easy, pretty good too, don't think i'll have the need to look for another roti recipe.
