    Turned out surprisingly good! I love garlic so I added about 5 cloves. After the onions and garlic sautéed a bit I seasoned it with Italian seasoning and put a splash of balsamic vinaigrette in there and let it fry up a bit to release the flavors. I added a little red pepper flakes to spice it up. Everything else was pretty much the same. I paired it with a nice Greek salad and thin noodles

    Really easy. We used fresh garden peeled tomatoes and it was a bit too juice but still really tasty. We will make it again.
