It was good. I made my own curry spice so it might have been a little stronger than the recipe called for, but all in all it was pretty good. I will probably add pineapple next time for a nice bit of sweetness

Whole family loved it! Made it as directed except I added potatoes instead of making rice.

Alright. Had to make a few substitutions … mostly did it from memory. And no potatoes.

Great flavor! I only added 1T of curry because it is not my favorite seasoning. HE said he would have liked more curry. Quick to make. I’ll make it again!

Not sure if I used the correct type of curry (off the spice rack curry powder), but put 3 heaping tablespoons in and it still seemed to lack the flavor I was expecting. I don’t care that much for curry, but my wife loves it and she thought the same thing. So I don’t know if it was the recipe or the ingredients that didn’t live up to the billing, but we’ll try it again.

Easy and flavorful. My kind of recipe. Was good base to use with leftover roast chook. I added tomatoes, chili leaves and chopped up Jerusalem artichoke to bulk it up. Hearty and yum!

Awesome, such an easy recipe. I added 1/2 c dried yellow split peas, and instead of frozen peas I added Kabocha squash for the vegetables. We will be eating this soon on a bed of rice. Thank you for this recipe! It will be on our weekly supper rotation!

It was pretty easy to cook... it needed something "more", so we added black beans, was still a bit bland though.

Turned out amazing. I will definitively make this again. i ended up using fresh peas and my family loved it.

Delicious! I’m not a fan of coconut milk so I used 1/2 cup or cream and 1/2 cup of milk. Turned out great

This turned out great. First time making this type of dish and the flavors were really good. We served with rice. We did add a Tsp of sugar at the end and some red pepper because we like it really spicy. Thanks for recipe.

it was very good, but the recipe left out some details like amount of oil and stove temperatures

Very impressed! Added more veggies along with the peas -- squash, mushrooms and potatoes. Delicious and filling.

Quick, easy & tasty! Could have been a bit more flavorful, but that could be due to the fact I used basic curry powder from my grocery store. I plan to experiment with different curry powders and try again.

Delicious and simple to make. I didn't use coconut milk but used brown onion soup instead to thicken it.
