They turned out well and were easy to make. They were light and tasty and a good way to use up leftover buttermilk.

Thanks for the advice about cutting the biscuits out without turning the cutter, made a huge difference! I used a food processor to cut the butter into the flour and it worked great. Good recipe , will use again.

These biscuits were flaky, golden and delicious. It was very nice having a recipe that made just a few biscuits. Will make again. 😊

Did not rise as much as s I would like. I'll try again and add 1/4 tspn baking soda. They did taste good.

Great recipe!!! My whole family loved it and I will definitely make these again. So quick and easy to make and turns out wonderful results! I made slightly smaller biscuits to have more and they still cooked well.

So far so good
I made 4 batches to use up some buttermilk I bought. I only made a dent in the half gallon before I got tired.
Each batch went into freezer bags & sat on the counter while the batter bubbled
Then off to the freezer till brunch

They were ever so slightly dry, but that was easily fixed with some jam added. The dryness may have also been caused by me substituting milk and white wine vinegar for buttermilk. Overall easy to make and delicious. I will be making these again!

They were supper yummy, great texture. I had a couple of flat ones, but when using a wine bottle as a rolling pin some inconsistencies are expected. 😉

Did my rise at all in the oven. The flavor was good though. It may have been an issue with my oven.

The biscuits came out a little thin but I know that was me. The flavor and the ease of making them was excellent. I definitely will make them again. They were perfect.

So quick and easy and I love the small batch. They were a little sweet for me, next time I’ll add more salt and less sugar. Very good!

Like the recipe said, they are so easy to make and they weren't kidding. Great to serve with soup or for Sunday breakfast, egg, bacon and cheese biscuits. Yum!
Don't forget if you don't have buttermilk, add 1 tablespoon to 1 cup of milk and let it set for 10 minutes.

Absolutely delicious, made them as directions were written and needed no variations. I like the small batch as it is just me and my husband. Definitely easy and yummy!

The flavor and texture are fantastic! They weren't as fluffy as I expected, but I think that was probably more my fault, not the recipe.
