This dish was soooo great and quick! It was a little bland so I added some chopped Crispy & Co spicy dilly beans and some of their marinaded mushrooms too. My husband and I ate it all in one sitting. Delicious!

Earthy and delicious. I added 1 cup vegetarian crumbles and 2 roasted shishito peppers. VERY easy recipe to make.
