Solid recipe! Broccoli was perfectly crisped without getting burned. Be careful not to overdo it on the soy sauce, my first batch came out a bit too salty.

I combined this recipe with thec sesame Sugar Snap Peas recipe and roasted them together, so my review is for what I made, which was sooo yummy!!
