- 15 oz. black beans (1 can ,or pinto, drained and rinsed, or 2 cups cooked)
- 15 oz. hominy (1 can ,white cooked, drained and rinsed, or 2 cups cooked)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- freshly ground pepper
- tortilla chips (Large, or fried tortilla strips)
- chopped fresh cilantro
- radishes (Thinly sliced white)
- fresh tomato (Chopped)
- fresh onion (Finely diced)
- white cabbage (Finely shredded , or a crunchy lettuce such as romaine)
- avocado (Slices of ripe)
