I made this sauce for a quick pasta dinner for 2 people. I thought for two servings it required too much Olive oil. Next time I will use less oil. I learned to make this sauce in Italy. So, this was a quick version. I also added Merlot wine. Yum!

AWSOME! I spent a week in Italy and this light pomodoro sauce was so comparable! I'm making it again now, 1 week later.
