So good! I used one bunch of broccoli and the seasoning was actually too much so I didn't use it all. I didn't have panko, so I used Italian style bread crumbs and it was just the crunch I needed. I also used an Italian blend of shredded cheese that was finely grated. however, it was delicious and paired well with my almond crusted salmon!
