Great!
I made it a little spicy and used some Rose becuase i didnt have white wine. My husband and I both love it. I recommend brining the chicken and then patting dry.

extremely delicious! really easy to make. i didn't have any herbs de provence so I substituted poultry seasoning but they were very similar ingredients.
will definitely make again.
