    This soup is soooo good! I chopped my mushrooms, as I’m not a huge fan of them and figured small, bite-sized pieces would help me enjoy it better. Needs a bit more salt than I was comfortable adding, but it cooked well and tastes great! A good addition to a healthy diet.

    Really good. I used chicken instead of chickpeas, and quadrupled the recipe to feed my family.
